Stress is a common part of our life. It can come either from a hectic job, chaotic family life, or maybe something else. Sometimes, stress motivates you to do better than you’re currently doing in life. More specifically, it helps you aim for certain goals.
Food—we all like to call it the ultimate solution to our stressed mind. “Had a bad day? Let’s grab something to eat, had your heart broken? A tub of ice cream would lessen the pain.” These are just some of the phases we all go
