World Mental Health Day was organized at Yalamaya Kendra in the capital, Kathmandu on 8th of October, 2018. Mental Health Day is celebrated on the 10th of October worldwide. With the theme of ‘Young People and Mental Health in Changing World’, World Mental Health Day
