Oppo, a leading smartphone brand is all set to release its new F line Oppo Selfie Expert F5 in Nepal. Oppo is a global electronics and technology service provider that delivers the latest and most exquisite mobile electronic devices over 20 countries.
Oppo Selfie Expert F5 is set to be launched on November 14, 2017 in Nepal. The F5 looks to further strengthen Oppo’s position in the domestic market as the “Selfie Expert and Leader”, reads a press release.
The phone comes with a 6-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels. Oppo Selfie Expert F5 is powered by octa-core MediaTek MT6763T processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.
The Oppo F5 packs a 16-megapixel primary on the rear and a 20-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The release adds that the phone comes with an f1.8 aperture to ensure bright and clear shots even in dark settings. Oppo Selfie Expert F5 has been designed to meet the demands of its ever-increasing fan base in Nepal. According to the company, the phone will also come equipped with an industry first Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for capturing perfect selfies.
Oppo mentions that the AI will utilize information from a massive global photo database to beautify a selfie shot taken by the Oppo F5. The Oppo Selfie Expert F5 comes with a triple slot tray that supports two nano SIM cards.
On the software front, users will be greeted by Color OS 3.2 —a brand new design interface based on Android 7.1. According to the company, the phone promises a fluid user experience from brighter looks to greater security. A new function being introduced on the Oppo F5 is facial unlock. This feature allows users to unlock their device by simply putting their face in front of the front camera. Users can also choose to unlock the phone using the fingerprint reader.
Another useful software feature presented on the Oppo F5 is the ability to use apps in split screen mode. The company states that users will be able to launch apps such as YouTube, Facebook and more simultaneously, boosting efficiency.
The pricing of the new smartphone Oppo Selfie Expert F5 is yet to be announced.
