Ride to Chandragiri 2018 | Promoting Tourism in Chandragiri

Ride to Chandragiri, an interesting cycle rally is going take place on 8th September 2018. The cycle rally is being organized by the Chandragiri Tourism Development Society (CTDS) and Chandragiri Municipality. The main motive to conduct Ride to Chandragiri is promoting tourism in the Chandragiri area. The rally will kick-off at sharp 7 A.M. to 2 P.M.

The rally will be covering 21 km, out of which around 10 percent is off-roading and the rest being the fresh tracks. The rally will begin from Naikap Football Ground and conclude at the same ground. The rally will be followed by the recreational activities and refreshments as well.

Chandragiri Tourism Board is going to organize the cycling event on the occasion of education day (23rd Bhadra 2075) flourishing the tourism activity. All the interested cycle rider may participate in the event; no age restrictions. Your participation seeks to encourage travelers to visit Chandragiri and observe its beauty.

The main slogan of this event is “Chandragiri Paryetan Nagari”. It also looks forward to keeping the area green and clean.

The Ride to Chandragiri cycle rally is happening with the sponsorship from Nepalaya Education Foundation, Lions Club of Kathmandu, LEO Club, G-Sports, and Highland Distillery. The event is supported by Laxmi Cycle, Nepal Mountain Bike, Himalayan MapHouse, and Funky Buddha Tour and Trades.

Ride to Chandragiri will be featuring the two World Cycle Rider specialists—Mr. Puskar Shah and Mr. Devendra Basnet.

The registration fee for the rally is NPR. 150. With the price, you will be provided with a cycle rally t-shirt, breakfast, lunch, water, and a certificate.
