Oppo R17 Pro Launched in Nepal

Oppo has launched its new smartphone –Oppo R17 Pro. The Oppo F9 and F7 were the two most popular offerings in the Nepali market.

The new Oppo R17 Pro comes with a 6.40-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2340 pixels. The R17 Pro is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo R17 Pro packs a triple camera setup. The phone packs a 12-megapixel lens in the primary camera with variable apertures (f/1.5 – f/2.4). The secondary sensor comes with a 20-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.6 aperture and auto-focus. The third camera is a 3D stereo TOF (time-of-flight) camera for Augmented Reality applications. As for the selfie camera, the water-drop notch at the front houses the 25-megapixel lens with f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone supports 4K video recording at 30 fps.

The Oppo R17 Pro runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by 3700mAh removable battery. It measures 157.60 x 74.60 x 7.90 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 183.00 grams.

The Oppo R17 Pro us a dual SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and more. Sensors on the phone include a Fingerprint sensor, Compass/ Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope.

The R17 Pro has a two-tone gradient coloring; the fingerprint sensor is embedded in the screen itself.
