The new OnePlus 6T brings several updates and is designed to deliver outstanding performance. With that being said, let’s look at the main features of OnePlus 6T.

The new OnePlus 6T is powered by 2.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and it comes with 6/8GB of RAM. The 6T comes equipped with 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED Display. The smartphone comes with 2,340 x 1,080 resolution which produces a pixel density of 402ppi and a widescreen 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

The other key feature of the OnePlus 6T is no headphone jack. OnePlus says this allowed them to increase the size of the resonance chamber on its internal speakers, as well as make room for a few other components without having to increase the phone size much. OnePlus 6T will only include a USB-C port. Fortunately, OnePlus includes a Type-C to headphone jack adaptor in the phone’s box.

In terms of storage, the 6T scrapped the feature of 64GB storage size and offered the phone with 128GB or 256 GB of internal storage.

The new 6T has a 3,700mAh power pack which should easily make it through a day or two. The good news is that the OnePlus 6T battery supports fast charging. The OnePlus 6T offers 16 and 20MP f/1.7 sensors; round at the top, the smartphones provides you with 16MP shooter which has OIS and EIS for selfies and video calls.

OnePlus 6T has introduced improved HDR and portrait modes, a new studio lighting modes that recognize faces and adjust lighting to simulate professional lighting, and a new Nightscape Mode. The Nightscape feature is designed to provide improved clarity and less noise in low-light conditions.

The OnePlus 6T display holds another big change, an embedded fingerprint scanner. The rear fingerprint scanner has been removed and the new in-display scanner lets OnePlus return to putting fingerprint readers on the front of the phone.

Powered by Android Pie, the other main feature of OnePlus 6T is the latest OxygenOS updates. The update includes improved navigation gestures and an updated Gaming mode with floating icons that make it easy to see your notifications at a glance.

As for the price of the OnePlus 6T, it’s higher than that of OnePlus 6. At $549 you can purchase the smartphone with the RAM of 6GB with 128GB ROM. OnePlus will also sell an 8/128GB and 8/256GB model for $579 and $629, respectively.

In terms of connectivity, the 6T is well equipped with, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Location (A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS), and USB Type-C all on board. The OnePlus 6T is available in three colors. OnePlus has officially unveiled Thunder Purple, Mirror Black, and Midnight Black.
