Why Coffee is Loved World Widely

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of berries from the coffee plant. It is perhaps the most popular drink in the world, with a typical adult drinking at least 1 cup every day.

Coffee, a magic word with a magic power. It can be used as a great medicine to help patients, and can also be taken as a popular drink all over the world. Coffee is so important to our daily lives that it has become a part of the culture in some countries. In fact, some people consider it as a critical part of their day, whereas, some people are taking it as a sign of fashion.

When you take that first sip of the coffee in the morning, you feel delighted and refreshed. It can be found in fashion, music, poetry, social clubs, cocktails, candles and much more. So, how exactly did this simple bean come to permeate every corner of the world?

Its production, cultivation, and trade began in the Arabian Peninsula shortly after word spread of the goat farmer and the berry’s subsequent use by Ethiopian monks. Shortly thereafter, European tradesman heard stories of the magical bean and included coffee among other commodities, like spices.

Today, it is the second most-traded commodity in the world after oil. Not only is coffee’s history as rich as its flavor, the amazing health benefits it provides continue to be discovered.

Coffee contains a significant amount of caffeine, which is a mental and physical stimulant. Since it is a stimulant, it fights against fatigue, increases energy levels which in turn improves your productivity, concentration, alertness, etc.The caffeine helps keep your body going during a workout, dramatically lowers your risk of liver cirrhosis (by a whopping 80 percent) and regular coffee drinkers have a 65 percent less chance of developing Alzheimer’s disease and dementia later in life.

What makes this even more wonderful is the fact that there are many health benefits to drinking it every day. It is good for your brain, skin, and body. Despite being so popular, it is surprising that the awareness of these benefits is not very well known. It can make you lose weight as it is very low in calories and has virtually zero fat. For people who want to lose weight, drinking it can be a very good alternative compared to juices in the morning, as they contain sugar.

Researchers at Seoul National University examined the brains of rats under stress (caused by lack of sleep) and found in the brains of subjects exposed to aromas of coffee that stress-related proteins reacted. So why not keep a bag of roasted beans on your bedside table every night!

We all know it is difficult and painful to arrive at work exhausted, yet it is a fact that many people are constantly exhausted when they wake up after a night’s sleep.The effects of taking it differ from person to person.
