16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference

The 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference is going to be held at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat, Kathmandu on September 14 – 16. The three-day conference will be held from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. It will be hosted by Elena Koshcheeva, Shiv Kandel, and Chittaranjan Pandey.

The aim of the 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference is to bridge the gaps in conceptualization, empirical analysis, and reflective practice by investigating the key drivers of and barriers to sustainable entrepreneurship and its connection to economic development.

Promoting sustainable businesses and entrepreneurship can be an important strategy for addressing the economic development and growth problems of a country. The relationship between sustainability and entrepreneurship can be difficult to define as one seems to pressure the other.

The objectives of the 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference is to question expected schemes and received wisdom on the subject of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and economic development.

The theme of the 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference is “Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Economic Development.”

The main highlights of the conference are:

  • Plenary and Panel sessions highlighting the main conference theme and sub themes.
  • Presentations and discussions of academic research, policy driven and reflective practitioner-oriented papers.
  • Empathy and Networking interludes to prospect the future.
  • Videos will be screened from a “Short Film Making Competition” video competition under the theme, “Sustainable Entrepreneurs.”
  • Industrial visit at the last day of the conference.

Countries like Italy, India, China, Turkey, Bahrain, France, Malaysia, Lithuania, South Africa, Colombia, and Latvia has successfully conducted the previous IEF. This time, Nepal will be hosting the conference for the first time.

The conference will cover areas like digital technology and sustainable entrepreneurial development, economic, social, and personal value-creation, entrepreneurship and innovation, and rural development.
