PUBG Mobile: Royale Battle

PUBG Mobile: A Game Turned into Addiction?

Love playing games? Then you probably are familiar with the ongoing sensation in the gaming field: PUBG Mobile. PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUND (PUBG) Mobile is an intense gameplay where players from around the world can play with one another. There is no limit to its intensity when you’re really hungry for that ‘Chicken Dinner’.

I honestly am a huge PUBG Mobile fan and I like to feast on that chicken dinner as well. And being a fan, I would not want to see anyone getting negative consequences of playing the game. That’s why I am here; to tell you a little about the game and its ill-effects on the society, if you get addictive. However, I am not promoting the game or influencing anyone to play it (or not play it).

The Inception

Let’s kick off this article with the game’s inception. PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUND (PUBG) is an online multiplayer Battle Royale Game developed and published by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of South Korean video game company, Bluehole. It first came in the computer version. And now, it is taking over the world on mobile devices. PUBG Mobile was introduced to Android and iOS devices in February 2018.  Currently, it has 100,000,000+ Installs on Google Play Store, which is way too much for a game that just celebrated its 1st year. If the developers of this game continue to introduce interesting items on the game, the installation number would surely reach the top.

The Game

Now, the real gameplay. Players can play in three different behaviors: solo, duo, and squad. Players are dropped into a wide, open area, and they must fight to the death – all while the battlefield shrinks, adding pressure to all in its grip. Use a variety of interesting weapons and vehicles amid the BATTLEGROUNDS.

You can also get many exciting gifts and special items as you complete your challenges and missions. There are different types of gun skins, helmet skins, outfits, achievement titles, and more. You will be able to get all these once you complete the mentioned challenges.

Collect your rewards from different sections like RP, Achievements, Clan Trainings, and more. Those who’re not familiar with RP, it is the “Royale Pass” rank; it increases as you complete your daily as well as weekly missions; you can also purchase UC and increase your RP. The RP helps you in acquiring many interesting gifts and outfits.

PUBG Mobile is quite similar to its PC version; we enter the lobby, we play (solo, duo, or squad), we loot, we kill, and voila! Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner! But it’s not that easy guys. There will be a total of hundred players, including you in one match. You will have to fully concentrate on the game, seconds of distraction and game over!

So? Ready to play? Oh, Wait! Let’s first look at the dark side of playing PUBG Mobile.

The Dark Side

I want to start off the dark side by the latest news in town. A 20-year-old kid died after playing PUBG Mobile constantly for 45 days. Doctors said that he suffered from serious neck pain. There are many other similar stories like this one; two men were crushed at the railway track while playing PUBG in India. You see? Playing PUBG Mobile has its own dark side too. Lately, PUBG Mobile has come out as a deadly addiction causing several ill-effects on our society.

I am not asking anyone to quit playing the game, but witnessing so many unfortunate news because of PUBG Mobile addiction, I think restricting yourself from spending too much time on the game is better for all of us.

Conclusion

PUBG Mobile is like quick sand; once you play it, it’s so addictive that you would want to keep playing it. But let’s not give that quick sand an opportunity to sink us, let’s play it safe and restrict ourselves from getting addictive.

The game is a very interestingly intense battleground game. It is a big-time escape from the real life world and a great time-pass weapon introduced to us. Don’t push yourself beyond the limits and go for a time restriction if you find yourself getting too attached with PUBG Mobile.
